What does TargetIQ do?

TargetIQ lets you upload a scan or phone photo of a supported paper target, identify its class, detect shot holes, review and correct the score, and save the target to History. Stats and Analytics help you inspect individual shots and compare saved results.

Can I use my phone to score a target?

Yes. Keep the paper flat and vertical against a darker background, include all four corners, hold the phone parallel to the sheet, and use even light without strong shadows. You can crop the image on your phone or in TargetIQ before scoring.

I don’t see a sign-in email or one-time code. What should I do?

Password-enabled accounts see a password field after entering an email and do not receive a code from that step. Other accounts receive a sign-in link and an eight-digit code. Check your Junk or Spam folder and try again if the message does not arrive.

Can I correct a score manually?

Yes. Inspect each bull, move a detected hole marker if its position is wrong, and override a close scoring call before saving the reviewed sheet.

Where do my scored targets go?

When signed in, you can save a scored target to History and reopen it later for review, details, Stats, and Analytics.

Can I save all my targets and expect to see them later?

Saving to History is designed for later retrieval. Keep your own copies of important target images and results rather than treating the service as your only archive.

Is TargetIQ only for one target style?

No. Supported classes are ARA Unlimited, ARA Factory, Small ARA, PSL, N50, IR50, USBR, ELEY X-Shot, WRABF 50m Rimfire, and WRABF 25m Air Rifle. Both WRABF classes are prototypes.

How accurate is automatic scoring?

Accuracy depends on the target class and image quality. A flat, well-lit scan or straight-on photo helps detection. Always inspect the result, especially close calls; TargetIQ lets you adjust a hole position or score when the automatic call needs correction.

How long can I keep saved targets?

TargetIQ has not published a guaranteed retention period or archival backup commitment here. Keep independent copies of targets and results you cannot afford to lose.

Is this app free?

TargetIQ is in a trial stage. The current access offer and any future plans are communicated through the app; do not assume that an ongoing free plan is guaranteed.

Do I need to install an app?

No. TargetIQ runs in a web browser on a phone or computer.
